Why St Kitts?

The British jazz musician, Courtney Pine give us a wonderful tour guide to Saint Kitts in this great article at the UK Telegraph

The Native Americans who were in St Kitts before Christopher Columbus got there called it Liamuiga, which means “fertile land”, so I feel like I’m in such an organic place when I’m on the island. It offers a good balance between locations like Port Zante, where the cruise ships stop, which is modern and ‘touristy’ and the capital Basseterre, which has a colonial and traditional feel. I like to walk up and down the peninsula, which has amazing beaches either side, all offering great weather, restaurants and activities.
